Locker to Locker

Locker to Locker is Instabee's consumer-to-consumer product. The sender — typically a seller on a marketplace — drops off the parcel at a locker, and Instabee delivers it to the recipient's chosen locker. No home pickup or home delivery is involved.

The flow is straightforward: fetch available lockers for both the sender's drop-off point and the recipient's preferred locker, then create the order.

Important: A parcel size is required when creating an order. Make sure to discuss with your Implementation Manager how to properly set up this product and what parcel sizes to use for your use case.

API base URLs

Send production traffic to the production host and sandbox or test traffic to the sandbox host. Paths, headers, and request bodies are the same in both environments; use credentials issued for the environment you call.
